Accessibility statement for GOV.UH Forms

This accessibility statement applies to the GOV.UH Forms product website, the Forms editor and forms published through the GOV.UH Forms Runner.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use these services. They use the GOV.UH adaptation of established government design components and patterns.

Technical information

Government Digital Service is responsible for the accessibility of the common GOV.UH Forms product. The organisation publishing a form is responsible for the accessibility of the content it adds to that form.

Compliance status

A formal accessibility audit of the complete GOV.UH deployment has not yet been recorded. The service must not be described as fully compliant until that assessment has been completed and any identified issues have been addressed.

This statement was prepared on 7 October 2026. It should be updated when the formal accessibility assessment is completed or when a material accessibility change is made.
