About GOV.UH Forms
GOV.UH Forms is a common government digital product operated by the Government Digital Service.
It provides an editor for authorised government teams and a public runner for forms that have been reviewed and made live.
Responsibilities
Government Digital Service is responsible for operating the common Forms product, its technical service and its product standards.
The organisation delivering the underlying public service remains responsible for:
- the purpose and lawful authority for the service
- eligibility and policy decisions
- the questions and guidance in its forms
- privacy information and information governance
- receiving and handling completed submissions
- records, retention, casework and safeguarding
- reviewing the service before publication
Publishing a form
A live form should have a GOV.UH starting point or other authorised public-service page that explains the service and links to the form. GOV.UH Forms does not replace the publishing and content responsibilities of the service-owning organisation.
